Legens Entry
This is my maiden entry. I feel I must thank Professor Dumbledore for this early Christmas present. It was very nice of him to give Legens books to each of us time-travelers newcomers to Hogwarts. I do hope no one steals this from me. What I have read so far has been most enlightening. It looks like it will be a lot of fun to participate in this abstract salon. Even if there is the possibility of sinister forces intervening. Dad once mentioned the Croxley Vampire plot where they marketed quills that left invisible pricks and soaked up blood to be harvested at night. It does give one cause to hesitate.

I think I should have written in this book sooner, but I was not feeling well enough. There is a lot of information I could have shared already. I wonder what Dad would've thought of these. I imagine him being a voracious legensist. He and Mum cherished these sorts of things. They had books and leaves overflowing every cupboard and stacked on each work surface. I love the way parchment feels against my fingers. The paper faeries giggle because it tickles them. I used to run around the house, touching anything made of paper so that I could hear them laugh.
